Application :
Typical application of the GNP Model Pulverizer are grinding verities of granulated materials. In V.V.Industries We Mainly concentrate on grinding Pharma industries and Food products giving a fineness of 0.250 microns, 0.500 microns, 1mm & 1.5mm.
Equipment Description :
Feed system :
Pulverizer Assembly consists of a Main Body, Liner Assembly, Cover, Hammers, and Screen.
There are retaining grooves to locate and support the screen on the interior walls of the main body. Four screen tightening cams, secure the screen by pinching each corner of the screen between the cam and the inner radius of the retaining groove.
The bottom of the liner assembly is open to discharge the pulverized material into the oval plate.
Motor :
5hp FLP Motor, is automatically gets cut off in case of short circuit and any electrical fault.
Pulverizer support :
The pulverizer support consists of the following items:
- Structural mill base
- Main body and main drive is bolted to a common base.
Equipment Date :
Main – 5HP
Motor Maximum Speed – 3000 RPM.
Motor with Rotor Connected – Output – 6000 RPM.
Power Requirements – As per specifications.
Pulverizer Drive :
The Drive Sheave is mounted on the Rotor Shaft. Driven Sheave is connected by V – Belt to the Drive Sheave, which is mounted on the motor shaft. Motor is mounted on Side Rails to adjust tension of v – Belts. V- Belt Drive is covered by safety Guard.
A safety switch is provided to prohibit the operation of the mill housing cover off.
